I took today off because I could barely move my body. Now I feel lazy due to not working out.
I did cook and was under my 1200 for the day. :)
Tomorrow will be more good eating and a cycle class after my double shift.
Just made a veggie packed Italian sausage lasagna… and it is under 500 calories a serving from all of the remnants in my fridge….
